    Format & concept planning

    Based on location and clientele, we design the format — members-only lounge, private rooms, rooftop and more — and the concept.

  2. 02

    Membership, pricing & terms

    We set up entry and annual fees, usage pricing, booking rules, membership terms and application forms.

  3. 03

    Interior & space production

    Working with architects and contractors, we oversee materials, lighting, sound and circulation, and create 3D layouts and renderings from the floor plans.

  4. 04

    Membership launch

    We combine landing pages, advertising, payments and customer management so you can start recruiting members before you open.

  5. 05

    Operations after opening

    From reservations and guest service to hiring and training staff, you can entrust day-to-day operations to us.

    Location & property advice

    We help define the right area and space for your concept and support your property search. We do not act as a real estate broker.

    Consultation

    Tell us about your plans and the properties you are considering.

  2. STEP 02

    Property & business review

    We check the location, the space and legal conditions such as late-night operation.

  3. STEP 03

    Concept & estimate

    We propose the format and concept, with rough costs and a revenue outlook.

  4. STEP 04

    Design, build & recruit

    We create the space and recruit members in parallel.

  5. STEP 05

    Opening & operations

    After opening, we keep running and improving the venue.
