Places beyond home and work make life richer.

Living in Tokyo, we spend much of each day going back and forth between home and work. Places where you can set your title aside and talk freely with people you trust, without watching the clock, are surprisingly rare in this city.

Roppongi has no shortage of bars and restaurants at night. But look for somewhere you can relax without minding the next table or the time, and the choices suddenly narrow. That other place to belong is what we want to create.

In July 2026 we opened KUMO, a rooftop at the top of the Yukizaki Building near Roppongi Crossing, where you can spend the evening looking up at the sky. We are now preparing to open THE 3RD PLACE TOKYO, limited to 100 members, and NAGI, a lounge with just three private rooms. Each is different, but they share the same goal.

What matters to us is protecting our guests’ time and relationships; designing the night down to its light, sound and scent; and staying quietly close, stepping in only when we are needed.

We want to put down roots in every place we open and grow places that are loved more with time. To do that, we are looking for people who share this vision, and for partners for new openings and collaborations.

Another place to belong in Tokyo — beyond home and work. We hope you will look forward to what OAK management does next.
